Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Lubist (Proprietorship) governing your use of our website and app.

If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Account & Usage

A "Customer" is any individual using Lubist to discover and book services, and must be at least 18 years old. A "Partner" is any salon, spa or service outlet listed on Lubist.

2. Appointment Booking Service

• Booking: Appointments are booked based on real-time availability shown by the Partner.
• Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrival may result in cancellation or re-allocation of your slot.
• Disputes: Any dispute about a booking must be raised within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• An amount was paid by mistake and the service was not availed
• You were overpaid beyond the final bill amount
• A salon overcharged you for a service

Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within 7 working days.

4. Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

Lubist is a booking platform and is not liable for the quality of the in-person service or experience provided by a Partner. Services are provided "AS IS". You agree to indemnify Lubist against any third-party claims arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content & Reviews

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant Lubist an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the platform. Reviews must be honest, lawful and non-abusive. Lubist may remove content that violates these Terms.
